Your project enquiries

Information entered in the forms is used to review your project, prepare a quote and contact you. Required fields are marked. Submitting a form does not place an order or make a payment.

Your enquiry is saved in the website administration area and is accessible to authorised administrators. KEELBLOOM receives a notification. Form data is not automatically sent to an image or video generation tool.

Photos and access to your tools

The video form collects a photo, the recipient's age, the occasion and the story context. The photo is stored with your enquiry, with access restricted to administrators; it is not published in the public media library. Permission from the people shown is required, including a legal guardian's permission for a child. The use of production tools is explained before creation begins. Portfolio publication requires separate consent. We do not ask for passwords or identity documents.

KEELBLOOMBot

The automated assistant uses answers prepared by the agency. Conversations stay in your browser's memory until the page is reloaded or closed. No chat history is saved or sent to an AI provider. To send us an enquiry, use the project form.

General contact form

When you write to us, we collect your name, email address, subject and message solely to reply. Your message is stored privately within the WordPress administration area and is subject to the same retention period as project enquiries. Notification emails do not include the personal details from your message. Agreement to this notice is required.

Retention

Enquiries submitted through this form are automatically deleted after 90 days. Documents relating to an eventual order are handled separately. Copies in email and backups must be managed separately.

Website traffic

The website counts homepage views across both languages in a daily total, without analytics cookies or visitor identifiers. Reloads are included. A short-lived network fingerprint is used only to limit abuse; it is not used to build a browsing profile.

Browsing and language

The theme does not load advertising, external analytics or external fonts. On arrival at the homepage without an explicit language, the browser language selects French for French-speaking browsers and English otherwise. The language selector changes the page address and remembers your choice in browser local storage, without setting a language cookie. This choice takes priority on later visits; links specifying a language keep that language. Switching languages reloads the page and clears any unfinished form. Any additional services used by the publisher or hosting provider should be described on this page. WordPress may use technical cookies for administrator sign-in.
